General FAQ

SWB Conference (Secret Women’s Business Conference) is Citipointe Church’s annual women’s Conference.

It began with the desire to give women a safe place to acknowledge and release the secrets that lay in her heart, to fan the embers of forgotten hopes, to hope wildly in a future planned long ago, to allow the deep place of her heart to be touched by the One who makes all things new. All things whole.

The Conference will be held across 3 HOT NIGHTS! Spend the day exploring the city, shopping with girlfriends & cafe-hopping then join us for jam-packed hot nights full of worship, creativity, and the Word!

Thursday & Friday nights will begin at 7pm and our final night on Saturday will commence earlier at 5pm (so we can all get home and be refreshed and ready for Church on Sunday!)

As we aren’t hosting any daytime sessions, we won’t be providing lunch or food packs this year. Rivers Cafe will be open before, during & after sessions so feel free to meet up with your girlfriends and enjoy dinner, snacks, or coffee together!

This year we are welcoming Conference Voices: Ps Jemima Varughese and Ps David Gilpin. As well as our very own Conference Host, Ps Leigh Ramsey. Closer to the date, we will release a Conference Schedule.

Absolutely – Childminding is available for ages 1 & walking – grade 6. Childminding registrations are open, it’s a small charge of $5 per child (per session). Once your children are registered, we will send through more details closer to the time.

This year we have reduced the price of a full time registration to the affordable rate of just $80! Due to this we won’t be offering an early bird or concession rate.

Yes! We are offering a special $10 rate (per session/night) for our younger Girl Crew. You can register your primary or highschool students online, just select tickets for the nights they will be attending. Please note, they must be enrolled in a school to receive this discounted registration.

Currently we just have full time registrations available but we will be opening part time registrations closer to SWB pending seating availability. Keep your eyes peeled and be following @citipointegirlcrew on Instagram so you receive all the updates!

We are only offering online registrations this year, but if you need some help with how to do this please contact our Church reception and our events team will assist you. Phone 07 3343 8888.

Group registrations aren’t available this year, however we still encourage you to rally your girls, purchase your tickets online and plan to meet up at Conference to sit together.

When registering, simply tick a box to let us know you’ll be bringing a pram/walker or wheelchair! We will then touch base closer to the date and let you know any details that might be helpful and our friendly Host team will also be available to assist you on arrival.

Feel free to email us at with any questions you may have and one of our friendly SWB Conference Team members will get back to you ASAP.

If you would like to SPONSOR someone else to attend SWB Conference, you can simply purchase a ticket online and put the name as ‘SPONSORED DELEGATE’ and we will allocate the ticket to someone who could use the financial blessing.
Also, THANK YOU – we know people get saved, healed, set free and destinies are birthed at Conferences so we honour you for investing in someone’s journey of transformation!

If you have registered for the Conference, you’ll see a number of ‘check in’ stations in front of the church. You need to check in to collect your wristband for the sessions. Our SWB Team will then let you know the best way to enter the Conference. If you have already collected your armband, there’s nothing more to do. Entry will be through the main foyer doors which will open 20 minutes prior to the session starting. There is no pre-allocated seating for Conference this year.

Covid Safety Measures

Our team is working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure everything we do is #COVIDsafe. We will always follow the Government’s directions on COVID safety as updated from time to time. We ask that you don’t attend SWB this year if you are feeling unwell or have tested positive to COVID and are still required to be in isolation. You’ll find hand sanitiser around the conference venue and please know that we maintain regular cleaning of the facilities including high touch areas. Thanks for keeping 1.5m away from others where possible.

All attendees enter the Citipointe campus at their own risk. Whilst SWB has implemented all legally required and recommended control measures in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic, by attending SWB, all visitors acknowledge and accept that there currently remains an unquantifiable risk of transmission of COVID-19. All visitors are assumed to have assessed this risk of transmission, including thorough consideration of their own health condition, in making the decision to attend this year.

Our team is working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure everything we do is #COVIDSafe. We will always follow the Government’s current directions on COVID safety. As we get closer to the Conference, if there is anything else to add, you’ll find it here. Otherwise, we simply ask that you don’t attend SWB this year if you are feeling unwell.

If any of the following apply to you or any member of the group of ladies attending with you, we ask that you not attend the Conference this year.

  • You have been required to self-isolate by the authorities due to COVID-19 concerns.
  • You have been diagnosed with COVID-19.
  • You have been experiencing COVID-19 symptoms including fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, shortness of breath, runny nose, diarrhoea or loss of taste or smell

You don’t have to miss out though – instead you can watch the conference messages afterwards.

If you would prefer to wear a mask while attending Conference, please bring one with you or see our friendly SWB team.
