"Love each other as if your life depended on it."
1 Peter 4:7 MSG
Leigh’s heart lies with those who live in the shadows; the unseen and the unsung. She is the Founder of It’s Not Ok Projects and the SHE Rescue Home in Cambodia - where the lives of so many girls at risk of being trafficked are radically changed. Leigh leads the Citipointe Girl Crew across the globe and brings love and laughter wherever she goes by living by the belief that there are no limits to what can be achieved if you don’t care who gets the glory.
Mark and Leigh have four adult children and some pretty awesome grandkiddos who they adore.
After developing a hugely successful career in the corporate world, Nicole soon recognized her true call in life was to share her personal insights and hard-learned life lessons, as only she could.
Abandoned by her biological father before she was even born, the victim of a neighborhood molestation at age 10, treated as a social outcast as the news of the molestation leaked out at school, and raped when she was just 13 years old; Nicole understands hurt and rejection. At age 17 she found herself a pregnant, unwed mother.
As an adult, Nicole suffered physical abuse and injury at the hands of her first husband, a man who became drug-addicted and violent tempered. Ultimately, she was left a single mom with a young son, divorced and bankrupt, having to work hard just to survive.
Yes, the enemy intended to destroy Nicole, but God had a greater plan to use her gifts and talents to minister to thousands of hurting people all around the world. Her honesty and openness about her own personal mess quickly became her unique and powerful message.
Nicole’s uplifting confidence and outrageous, contagious faith is a shining example of God’s ability to make all things work together for good!
Nicole and her husband David are co-founders and senior pastors of FaithChurch.com, with three campuses in St. Louis, Missouri, and one campus in West Palm Beach, Florida. They enjoy working closely with their children, Austin, Ashtyn and daughter-in love, Morgan, each a vital part of the ministry.
Alongside her husband Aaron, she was formerly the Worship Pastors at Citipointe Church, Brisbane, but has since taken the call of God on her life to new directions and heights as a location pastor for Citipointe Church in North Colorado, USA.
Becky understands that to fulfil God’s calling one must first be able to see themselves the way God sees them. She actively lives out of that truth while inspiring others to do the same.
Michelle started her career as a primary school teacher. Her passion for life skills education led her to leave teaching and found a harm prevention charity, called Youth Excel. Youth Excel initially delivered small group support programs for girls ‘at risk’ of dropping out of education. For the next 20 years Youth Excel continued to grow and work with schools, alternative education and child safety. One of Michelle’s most successful projects was opening a private practise which offered psychology, counselling and mentoring services to young people aged 6 – 18. Her team of 12 staff serviced 120 families and 50 local schools with tailor made care.
Michelle worked as manager and mentor of this clinic and became well known for successful outcomes with teenagers who did not flourish under more traditional forms for therapy. As a result, she had the privilege of working alongside of psychiatrists, social workers and psychologists to help young people and their families overcome significant challenges.
Michelle’ work has been featured on The Today Show, Today Tonight and Channel 10 Morning News, as well as countless print media including The Age, The Courier Mail and Daily Telegraph. She is a regular contributor to radio. Michelle presents to parents, students and professionals in schools and conferences. Her down-to-earth, energetic and passionate style resonates with a broad range of people and enables her to transfer years on hands on experience to others in practical and honest way. As an author, Michelle has incorporated years of grassroots experience into her resources for parents, tweens and teens. She is a registered teacher and lives with her husband and two teenagers, in Brisbane, Australia.
