COVID-19 Safety Measures

General Information

Citipointe is holding SWB at 100% capacity and following a COVID Safe plan. We encourage you to physically distance yourself from other groups of ladies as you gather at conference this year. Don’t worry, Citipointe is a big complex and we plan on using all the space we can, both inside and out. Because we’re operating at 100%, it won’t always be possible for you to distance yourself from others. In that case, we encourage you to bring and wear a mask. For contact tracing purposes we’ll be checking you in using our ticketing program Brushfire. Your safety and wellbeing is our greatest priority.

Conditions of Entry

All attendees enter the Citipointe campus at their own risk. Whilst SWB has implemented all legally required and recommended control measures in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic, by attending SWB, all visitors acknowledge and accept that there currently remains an unquantifiable risk of transmission of COVID-19. All visitors are assumed to have assessed this risk of transmission, including thorough consideration of their own health condition, in making the decision to attend this year.

Before you arrive

If any of the following apply to you or any member of the group of ladies attending with you, we ask that you not attend the Conference this year.

  • You have been required to self-isolate by the authorities due to COVID-19 concerns.
  • You have been diagnosed with COVID-19.
  • You have been experiencing COVID-19 symptoms including fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, shortness of breath, runny nose, diarrhea or loss of taste or smell
  • You or a member of your household has been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19
  • You or a member of your household has travelled overseas (excluding NZ) in the past 14 days or travelled to a COVID-19 hotspot in Australia?
  • You have been tested for COVID-19 and are awaiting the results (and SWB falls within the period of awaiting test results).

You don’t have to miss out though – instead you can purchase the conference messages afterwards. Head to our website at to find out how to order.

If you would prefer to wear a mask while attending Conference, please bring one with you or see our friendly SWB team.

Unfortunately we are unable to store attendees personal belongings.

It is recommended that you give yourself a little more time than usual to attend your session as movement throughout the building and outside may be slower than normal to allow for physical distancing.

While you’re here

The Citipointe Campus has loads of free parking. Our car park team will help you find a parking spot and will point you in the right direction to the Conference.

If you have registered for Conference, after you cross the parking lot you’ll see at the entry a number of ‘check in’ stations. You need to check in to collect your wristband for the sessions. Our SWB Team will then let you know the best way to enter Conference. We appreciate your patience as we implement the fastest and safest method of getting you seated.

To safely navigate your way around our building, both inside and outside, you’ll be directed by signage, floor markings, bollards and the SWB Team to ensure physical distancing is maintained, where possible. Furniture in Rivers cafe and around the venue has been arranged in line with physical distancing requirements. The Citipointe Main Auditorium opens almost completely on both sides of the building as well as having a foyer entrance. At the completion of each session, we’re going to provide you with a big range of doors to exit. We’ll direct you from the platform how you’ll leave the building. We ask that as you exit you continue to maintain  a distance of 1.5m from other groups of ladies.

Under its COVID Safe Plan, SWB is ensuring more frequent and intense cleaning of all areas  within the venue. Hand sanitisers can be found all around the venue. We are monitoring numbers of ladies in our bathrooms and are going to provide extra toilets for your convenience and safety.

Yes you will have to line up, but we’ll let you know what this looks like when you check in. We’re ensuring that we utilise all entry points to our building to alleviate congestion and maximise your ability to physically distance yourself from the next group of people. We ask that you do not line up until the appointed time. It’s part of our COVID safe plan.

SWB is operating at 100% capacity to allow for as many women to attend conference as we can do so under government guidelines. This means that we won’t be leaving spaces in between our seats. You more than likely will have another person occupying the seats directly beside, behind or in front of you. We are not able to provide you with a seat that is beside an unoccupied one.

We recommend that once you are allocated your seat that you stay there. When you are allowed entry to the building, the start time won’t be too far away, so we ask if you want to shop, go to the cafe or bathroom that you do so before being seated.

Our First Aid station is located at the Information desk in the foyer. Please present yourself there and one of our First Aid representatives will assist you.

There is an ATM located on the way to the upstairs bathrooms from the foyer. There is a sanitiser station located at the ATM for your convenience and this machine is wiped down regularly by our Clean Team.
