Leanne Matthesius along with her husband Jurgen are the senior pastors of C3 Church San Diego, a thriving church in southern California.

Kimberly Jones-Pothier, commonly known as Real Talk Kim, travels the world fulfilling her passion and purpose of loving people back to life. She is a wife, mother, pastor, entrepreneur, best selling author, and most importantly a worshiper after God’s own heart. Pastor Kim and her husband Mark Pothier are the Senior Pastors at Church of the Harvest Fayetteville, in Fayetteville, Georgia and together have four sons. She is a human rights advocate with a passion for giving back and believes in the compassion of the Holy Spirit, delivering it to those who need it most. Pastor Kim is an advocate partner with Rock Paper Scissors Foundation, a Non-profit Organization, which exists to foster healing and give a voice to those who have been silenced from all forms of abuse and human trafficking. She is truly a living and walking testimony of God’s redemption plan in action.

You are able to cancel your registration! In order for us to process a cancellation we require you to email swb@citipointechurch.com by the 23rd of June 2019 and request a cancellation in writing. There will be a $40 administration fee applied to each adult registration being cancelled, but there is no fee for cancelling a child’s registration.


You most certainly can transfer your registration to another person! In order for us to process a transfer to a new delegate we require you to email swb@citipointechurch.com and request a transfer in writing before the 23rd of June 2019. We will then require a registration form to be filled out for the person you are transferring to. There is no fee for transferring a registration.


For those who have registered before June 23rd 2019, you will receive your wristbands in the mail, otherwise you can pick up your wristband upon arrival. International delegates can pick up wristbands upon arrival.


If you have registered, you will be on our list & can collect your wristband at the door on arrival.


Lost or misplaced wristbands will incur a $5 fee upon arrival at SWB Conference.

Delegates will be provided with a light lunch on the Friday & Saturday of conference. We have 2 diet options – a Normal Diet option and a Gluten Free/Dairy Free/Vegetarian option. Any other diets will need to purchase their own lunch from the cafe or BYO.

For all your food and beverage requirements, we have our very own Rivers Cafe open from 8am till late for coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner. With light and easy options to sit down meals, let Rivers Cafe treat you.



Reserved church groups of 10 or more people have their very own Host. They will be on hand to serve YOU. We’re talking VIP treatment! Your friendly Host can assist with registrations, program timings, directions to bathrooms and other important information. Just contact our Conference Office on 3343 8888.


  • Groups are for delegates outside of Citipointe Church members.

  • A group must consist of 10 or more registrations.  If your group fails to register 10 members by group closing date, the group will not classify as a group and registrations will revert to individual registrations.

  • Every booking of 10 will receive ONE complimentary registration which must be claimed by 23rd June 2019.

  • To access the free registration a group must consist of 10 full-time or concession registrations only.

  • Silver Service can only be included in a group where there is 10 or more full-time or concession registrations.

  • Group registrations will close at 11:59pm on 23rd June 2019. No further groups will be able to register after this date.

  • Changes to group attendees can be made up until 23rd June 2019. No changes can be made after this date.

  • Due to the seating constraints of the auditorium, a maximum of 15 groups only will be processed and groups bookings will close once that number has been reached.

  • Group reserved seating will only be available for the Conference opening (Thursday PM) and both Friday and Saturday day sessions. There will be NO reserved seating for the Friday and Saturday PM sessions.

  • Upon arrival at conference, all groups must arrive at least 30 mins before doors open on the Thursday night to meet their Group Host and receive their registration wristbands.

  • To secure your reserved seating for each session, the majority of the group must be seated 5 minutes before the sessions commences.  Conference organisers reserve the right to give away reserved seating 20 minutes into each session, if not occupied by this time.

  • Groups will receive a reserved area for Friday & Saturday brunch breaks during SWB.

  • We ask for two contacts for your group for us to be able to contact your group if for some reason your leader is unavailable.

If you are a mum with a new baby, we have a Mother’s room available with a microwave, lounges, small baby play areas. You can also watch the meetings via live link.  Our wonderful volunteers and hosts are always happy to assist you with your children in order to make Conference enjoyable for them.


Is there a children’s programme? 
Yes, there is a children’s programme throughout the duration of Conference.
We can’t wait to love on your little ones at our SWB Kids Program.  Our incredible leaders have an exciting program planned for all those attend from ages 1 (and walking) – 12 years.
When does our Kids Program happen?
SWB Kids Program happens at the same time as the SWB Conference sessions. You can check your child/children in 20 minutes prior to each session commencing.
Child tickets are only available for those attending SWB Kids Program. If a child wants to sit in the main conference sessions with a parent, they can register with the concession rate (concession rate only applicable for full time registrations).
What do I need to bring?
ALL AGES  – Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon Tea are all provided during the Day Sessions. However, if your child has specific dietary needs and/or allergies please bring a clearly labelled lunch box and notify the Kids Room Director upon arrival.
Please remember, if you are packing your child’s food: NO NUTS OR EGGS. This is a safety action as some children have severe allergies to all nuts and related foods.
It’s a good idea to bring a clearly labeled water bottle, spare clothes, hat, enclosed shoes and anything else your child may require (eg. Dummy, Nappies, Blanket, Bedding (porta-cot) if a nap is required).  Please note, we do not change Nappies, we will notify you if your child/ren require a nappy change.
We advise against bringing any electronic devices to KIDS (eg. iPads, iPhones, DS’s). SWB Conference and Citipointe KIDS will not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage of any electronic devices.
Parent Drop Off & Pick Up

SWB Kids Care is available during all sessions at SWB Conference. From Thursday 1st August to Saturday 4th August 2019.

Drop Off

Programs are open and parent drop-off begins half an hour before each session.


Pick Up
Parent pick-up begins immediately after each session.

*Please collect your child within 30mins of the session finishing.

Can I pick up my child before the end of session?

SWB Kids unfortunately cannot facilitate early pick ups outside of parent pick up times except in the case of an emergency.


If you are a delegate who may need some extra TLC, we want to make SWB Conference enjoyable for you! Please contact our Conference Office if you are very pregnant, suffer from a severe illness or ailment, require wheelchair or disabled access, require sign language for hearing impairment, or feel you would enjoy the benefits of being 70+, and we will do our very best to assist you.


Session recordings will be available to order at the info desk at Conference or you may download online after conference.
